Elementary Institute of Science Virtual Saturday STEM classes

STEM Virtual Classes:

Join EIS STEM instructors and explore a variety of science and engineering subjects.

STEM Subjects: entomology, geology, astronomy, and engineering

Every week, meet with an instructor to explore a different STEM subject and engage in scientific discussions and hands-on experiments.

Students 9-11 years old.

Maximum number of students per group:16

5 weeks: October 17, 24, 31, November 7 &14.

Students will meet using the Zoom platform.

Students will receive a list of materials via email to conduct hands-on experiments.

Cost: $100 per student. Siblings in the same household can join together for $100.

Students can only register for one session.

Sessions:

1. 9:15-10:15 am. 32 spots available.

2.11:00 am-12:00 pm. 32 spots available.

Technology Thanksgiving Camps at the Elementary Institute of Science

Grades 2-3rd Design, engineer, and print 3D models.
4th-6th Learn coding and robotics.
7th-8th Flight and program a drone

Looking for a quality experience for your kids during the Thanksgiving school break? The Elementary Institute of Science is offering 3-day technology camps for grades 2-8.

For 2nd & 3rd graders, 3-D printing will be the focus, while 4th, 5th, and 6th graders will try their hand at building and programming robots. Not to be outdone, 7th and 8th graders will learn to program drones to fly autonomously.

School may not be in session, but learning never takes a break and the fun never stops at EIS.
